5. Applicable to new Myrepublic customers.
6. Only available to National broadband fibre-ready premises.
7. Standard service activation charge of $ 128.40 applies with all one-time charges set out in service Application Form.
8. Standard cancellation charge of $48.15 applies
9. A minimum of one(1) month of subscription.
10. A 30 days cancellation notices is required if subscription is less than six(6) months.
11. If contract is cancelled within six(6) months of signed up,wireless gateway must be returned to Myrepublic at customer cost.
